Qualifications and Skills:
- Extensive experience (10+ years) as a VFX Supervisor or in a senior VFX creative/technical leadership role within the film and television industry.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality VFX work on feature films and/or high-end television series.
- In-depth knowledge of the entire VFX pipeline, including modeling, texturing, animation, lighting, rendering, compositing, and simulation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard VFX software (e.g., Maya, Houdini, Nuke, After Effects, various renderers).
- Experience with real-time technologies and virtual production techniques is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional artistic eye for composition, colour, lighting, and photorealism.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
