You’ll collaborate closely with our team on projects spanning pitch films, storyboard animatics, mini-docs, brand films, short‑form social content, and more, covering everything from commercials to narrative‑driven branded storytelling.
This role is for editors who think like filmmakers. We’re looking for people with more than just technical skills; those with a cinematic eye and a storyteller’s instinct, able to bring narrative vision and creative flair to every project. You should be confident in shaping edits with your own perspective, pushing boundaries, and exploring bold new approaches, including the smart use of AI tools.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years experience editing professional content across corporate, branded, commercial, or gaming sectors
- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro (essential). Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and After Effects highly desirable
- Comfortable working with shared/NAS workflows and in collaborative post‑production environments
- Confident in using AI to elevate output, workflows and push creative boundaries
- Personable, professional, and proactive. Someone who thrives onsite within a creative team.

We are looking for a talented all rounder that will be able to work with a team to produce, shoot and edit headline grabbing interviews as well as live events. This will be for shows across our brands at the Spectator and UnHerd.
The successful candidate should have hands on experience on all these fronts as well as have a strong news-sense, with ideas on how to get the most out of our content. In this role you will also be primarily responsible for video and audio editing as well as operating our studio facilities.
As a busy newsroom our content is often brought together with short notice as we react to live events. The successful candidate will have to be able to adapt to these changing deadlines and on occasion be able to deliver content outside of working hours and on weekends when necessary.
Please note this role is full-time office based in Westminster, London. Salary is dependent on experience.
Requirements
- You must have a deep technical knowledge of how to technically produce interviews, strong hands on experience with high end camera and editing hardware and an understanding of the YouTube ecosystem and what makes a compelling piece of content.
- Expert proficiency with Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite essential, experience with vMix and DaVinci is highly desirable
- A go-getting problem solver that works well under pressure to deliver a high quality product
- Intimate knowledge camera, audio and editing hardware

- Knowledge of SEO and how to package clips
