- Excellent understanding of retail design principles, color theory, and spatial planning.
- Proficiency in using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong awareness of current fashion and retail trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for aesthetics.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by store needs.
- A relevant qualification in Fashion, Design, or Visual Merchandising is advantageous.
