You’ll own P&L, craft a go-to-market business plan—covering product strategies, sales forecasts, partnerships or acquisitions, and infrastructure investments—and then recruit and scale a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities


Strategic Planning: Build a detailed regional business plan, including product-line roadmaps, sales projections, JV or target-acquisition strategies, and CapEx requirements.

Organization & Talent: Design a phased organization chart and hiring roadmap; lead interviewing, recruitment, and team-structure optimization to scale capabilities in line with business milestones.

P&L & Target Ownership: Deliver on annual revenue, margin, and market-share goals as part of the broader EU performance objectives.

OKR Management: Establish clear, measurable OKRs for all direct reports and ensure alignment and accountability across the regional team.

Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with Telcos, Tier-1 banks, regulators, and fintech partners; negotiate major contracts and partnership agreements.

Performance Reporting: Track and report regularly on key financial and operational metrics, adapting strategy based on market feedback and competitive dynamics.



Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced finance/business qualification preferred
  • 10+ years’ senior leadership in the EU BFSI/Telco market, with proven P&L accountability
  • Demonstrated success selling digital-security, payment-technology, smart-card solutions, or module packaging to banks, telcos and financial regulators
  • Strong strategic-planning, financial-modeling, and investment-analysis skills
  • Proven ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performance teams in emerging-market environments
  • Exceptional stakeholder-management, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication abilities
  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages a plus

We are seeking an experienced VP-level Compliance Advisory professional to join a leading Investment Banking Compliance team, focusing on Equity Capital Markets (ECM) .


The successful candidate will play a critical role in advising the ECM business on regulatory and compliance matters, helping to ensure that all activities are conducted in line with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary Compliance Advisor to the ECM and syndicate desks (including IPOs, rights issues, block trades, and secondary offerings)
  • Provide real-time, deal-specific compliance guidance to bankers and syndicate personnel throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Advise on regulatory obligations including MAR, UKLA/ESMA requirements, FCA/PRA/SEC rules, and internal policies (e.g., Information Barriers, conflicts management, wall-crossing protocols)
  • Review deal documentation for compliance risks and ensure proper disclosures, record keeping, and escalation processes are followed
  • Maintain and enhance policies, procedures, and training related to ECM activities



Required Skills & Experience

  • Relevant compliance experience within ECM, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets at a major bank or financial institution
  • Deep knowledge of ECM products, transaction structures, and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAR, MiFID II, UK Listing Rules, SEC/FINRA rules if cross-border)
  • Experience advising on conflicts management, inside information handling, and wall-crossing protocols
  • Legal, compliance, or regulatory background preferred (law degree, regulatory body experience, etc.)
  • Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related discipline
