This newly created, strategic position sits at the centre of a multi-year global transformation program across a portfolio of companies in the UK, Europe and North America. This role is best described as a “strategic transformation-enabler” to the Group Chief People Officer. You will support them through project managing the various transformation workstreams on a multi-year change program, help them to prioritise their work, support on OD, and act as the conduit between other group functions.
