The Role

As VP Sales, you will lead the team driving pipeline generation and net new ARR for Mention Me. 

The team consists of six Account Executives, an SDR team and two Solution Consultants.  You will have line management responsibility for the Account Executives, the SDR Team Leader and the Lead Solution Consultant. 

If you’re a leader with at least 3-4 years of proven sales management experience in B2B, ideally Martech, and enjoy the fast paced world of SaaS then this could be a great opportunity for you to make a real impact.

What you’ll do;

  • Manage and coach the line manager of our Solution Consultant team
  • Deliver on a net new ARR number on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Work very closely with Partners and Marketing to ensure we add the right fit ICP clients into our customer base 
  • Look for growth opportunities and supporting strategies encompassing new markets and go-to-market for new products 
  • Work very closely with the Client Team Leaders to ensure our Clients successfully expand & renew

**Job Outline**
+ Responsible for achieving the Company order intake vs Business Plan.
+ Responsible for the Market and Customer input to the 5 year strategic roadmap.

+ Strong leadership and a history of building meaningful relationships at all levels within an organization and externally with customers and government entities in support of longer-term strategic activities
+ Thorough understanding of the Aerospace & Defence market and its procurement cycle (both direct engagement as well as through prime contractors and channel partners)
+ Ability to play the role of a "hands-on" and proactive player/coach directing, managing, and growing an organisation in a scalable fashion

• Work closely with marketing: To generate demand, refine our proposition, and close deals that stick.
• Optimise the engine: Build repeatable processes, keep our CRM clean, and shorten sales cycles.

• Mastered the modern sales stack – CRMs, cadences, KPIs and used platforms such as Outreach, Cognism, Sales Navigator.

• A customer-first mentality: you sell solutions, not features.
