Role Summary:
Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant
Location: Manchester (office-based, full time)
Reports to: CEO, CFO, COO
Salary: up to £60,000 plus Bonus
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Personal Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of a business delivering a major infrastructure project in the North West.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a large and supportive team and be part of a major infrastructure delivery programme with long- term career potential
The role requires a proactive individual with proven experience supporting senior directors or executive leadership, in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects who can balance competing priorities with discretion, accuracy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, CFO, and COO, managing complex diaries, meetings, and schedules.
- Co-ordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries for the executive team.
- Prepare agendas, reports, and board packs, ensuring documentation is accurate and distributed in good time.
- Attend meetings where required, capturing actions and ensuring follow-up.
- Act as the first point of contact for the executive team, handling calls, correspondence, and emails with professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive office to the highest standard.
- Manage confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Support with the co-ordination of key events, workshops, and leadership sessions.
- Undertake general administration to support the effective delivery of executive priorities.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant at senior director or executive level
- Previous experience within infrastructure, construction, or related sectors including Construction & Built Environment, engineering, capitol or major projects
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a busy leadership team.
- Knowledge of working within large project teams or long-term programme environments.

Said individual has been a director in a large oversees textile organisation for over 20 years and also sits on the board of another company. They relocated to the UK, specifically Bromsgrove, over 2 years ago.
Executive Personal Assistant duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Ability to put together international travel arrangements and itineraries together.
- Complex diary management.
- Proactively putting together briefing notes for meetings and where necessary sitting in and taking action points/minutes.
- Ad-hoc research projects to provide insights and accelerate business processes.
- Full personal support including personal travel arrangements, appointments, insurance renewals, excursions, gift-buying etc. to ensure the smooth running of personal life.
The successful candidate will have:
- Considerable experience in a one-on-one support role with a C-suite level individual.
- Be able to provide evidence of supporting on both the business and personal side.
- Excellent communications skills with confidence to conduct regular, proactive follow-ups with internal and external departments.
- Excellent IT skills, and independent thinker who can work effectively under own supervision.
- Ability to travel to Bromsgrove when required (clean UK driving license).
Ability to speak Urdu or Dutch would also be incredibly advantageous but is not a necessary requirement.
