We re recruiting for a growing logistics and fulfilment operation who is seeking two WMS Technical Support professionals, to join its newly established bonded warehouse in Feltham. This is a key opportunity to be part of a hands-on operations team during a period of expansion and change, where warehouse services are being brought in-house for the first time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and verify all dispatch-related documentation, including load sheets li>Manage and update barcode records, maintaining a high standard of data accuracy across internal systems
- Ensure the Warehouse Management System (WMS) is up to date and running efficiently
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues within the system, including data discrepancies or operational errors
- Review and interpret sales and stock usage data to highlight trends, gaps, or inconsistencies
- Support general administrative tasks within the warehouse as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- < i>Hands-on experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Solid background in data analysis and confident handling large data sets
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas
- Background in a warehouse, logistics, fulfilment, or FMCG setting
Working shift hours – 5:00 to 13:30 / 6:00 to 14:30 with 30-minute unpaid break and 14:00 to 22:30 with 30-minute unpaid break – working in rotation
Working Shift pattern working 4on 2 off or 5 on 3 off.
