What You'll Be Doing as a Stairlift Warehouse Manager:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations across the warehouse
- Implementing structured systems to improve workflow and stock management
- Designing and maintaining a clean, logical warehouse layout
- Tracking stock manually and managing inventory accuracy
- Ordering and replenishing stairlift parts, consumables, and tools
- Liaising with suppliers and managing key relationships
- Working closely with engineers to resolve issues like missing or damaged stock
- Enforcing standard operating procedures across the warehouse team
- Leading on warehouse health & safety and compliance

What We're Looking For in a Stairlift Warehouse Manager:
- Proven experience in a warehouse management or operations role
- Knowledge of stairlift parts and engineering processes is a strong advantage
- Proficient in IT and CRM systems for inventory and layout planning
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
