With growth projected to continue for the next 5 years, along with a multi-million pound investment budget, this opportunity to join our client is one that will offer a great challenge, career development and job security.
Due to this expansion we now need to recruit a new Production Shift Manager to lead on the Night Shift and join the senior management team. Salary is up to 48k and this role will operate on a permanent 3 nights on and 3 nights off shift pattern.
The opportunity to be a part of this exciting phase will be career changing, not only will you be part of team driving excellence & change, but you will have the opportunity to see the development & installation of some the most state of art production lines being introduced to the site.
Salary up to 48k plus bonus, pension & private healthcare
You will have will full oversight of your team for Production when on shift and will report into the Night Shift Operations Manager

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a busy hotel near the Kensington area of London and we have a fantastic opportunity for an immediate Night Manager to join their night team on an interim basis, starting this week!
What's in it for you?
- Hourly Rate - Get paid for every hour that you work
- Weekly pay - You get paid every Friday
- Shifts 8pm to 8am | 4 on and 4 off basis

What's involved?
- Oversee the full operations of the property during the night
- Make sure room allocations, VIPS and guest arrivals are handled seamlessly
- Prepare a number of hotel reports for the next day, undertake night audit as well as the credit checks for in-house guest bills
- Handle any guest complaints, emergency situations, maintenance issues etc. with calm and professionalism
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents, staff and customers of the hotel during the shift
- Patrol the hotel during the shift to ensure the environment is tidy and adheres to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- 12 months minimum experience as a Night Supervisor or Manager
- Opera CLOUD experience essential
- Able to work on a 4 on / 4 off basis
- Excellent communication and with a 'can do' attitude
- Able to start immediately this week with no other prior commitments such as notice period, holidays etc. and with the right to work in the UK on a full time basis

Oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards Assist the Front Office Manager to evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement Serve as a point of contact for regular and important Guests Complete Night Audit duties Maximise room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities Understand and demonstrate correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy Represent the Night Manger and other senior managers in their absence, taking full responsibility of the hotel Act in accordance with all security and emergency procedures and manage the instigation of these, as required Compile adequate handover to Early staff / Duty Manager Attend appropriate training courses, when required, and assist with the Night Team's training and development efforts Demonstrate current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems Conduct Health and Safety Checks and Night Walks Maintain a good status awareness of all hotel areas
