  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar senior logistics role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain principles.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is essential.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
