- Manage the effective use of warehouse equipment and technology, including WMS.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Control operational budgets and manage resources effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
- Maintain relationships with carriers and external logistics providers.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar senior logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain principles.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is essential.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
