Job Description
The position reports to the Shipping & Logistics Manager and involves both warehouse management activities e.g. product inspection and supply level maintenance, and product supply management including supporting the customer services team. The role also involves supporting other areas of the business on an as needs basis. This is full time office/warehouse based.
Responsibilities:
Order receipt and processing
- Incoming and outgoing inspection for all products
- Product testing prior to shipment
- Arranging replacement product and returns from the field
- Processing, packing and shipment of customer orders
- Labelling of finished products
- Completion of rework activities
- Arranging finished goods sterilization and completion of supporting documentation
- Warehouse management (consumable stock management, correct storage of product, labelling of product, housekeeping and managing cleaning)
- Capable of Identifying non-conforming product
- Product traceability (maintaining / updating of spreadsheet)
- Stock counts
- Logistics Management and logistics complaint tracking
- Maintenance of WEEE log and storage
- Identify any issues within the warehouse environment/ infrastructure and escalate accordingly
- Logistics Record Maintenance
- Support and use of company ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning System)

Essential Requirements:
- Literate and Numerate to at least high GCSE level or equivalent
