The position reports to the Shipping & Logistics Manager and involves both warehouse management activities e.g. product inspection and supply level maintenance, and product supply management including supporting the customer services team. The role also involves supporting other areas of the business on an as needs basis. This is full time office/warehouse based.

Responsibilities:

Order receipt and processing

• Incoming and outgoing inspection for all products
• Product testing prior to shipment
• Arranging replacement product and returns from the field
• Processing, packing and shipment of customer orders
• Labelling of finished products
• Completion of rework activities
• Arranging finished goods sterilization and completion of supporting documentation

Essential Requirements:

• Literate and Numerate to at least high GCSE level or equivalent

You'll lead the design and development of cutting-edge automation solutions, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful, scalable systems.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, design, and document automation projects.

* Create detailed User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Capital Request documentation.
