- To undertake other roles and tasks as requested that are commensurate with the level and function of this post.

Supply Chain Network Analyst

The Supply Chain Network Analyst leads inventory optimization across SharkNinja’s EMEA warehouse network, supporting the full end-to-end supply chain within a dynamic multi-channel, multi-warehouse environment. By partnering closely with Logistics, Order Management, Commercial Planning and broader cross-functional teams, this role will drive exceptional service and product availability, improved customer lead times, own capacity planning and enable operational efficiencies across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage inventory flows to support customer demand while balancing capacity (storage & throughput) across multiple UK and EU warehouses, identifying and mitigating constraints and executing opportunities
- Define and implement inventory parameters across warehouse sites to enable first class service (OTIF) and product availability
- Maintain full availability across our DTC sites, partnering closely with Commercial teams to enable promotional plans
- Collaborate with Order Management to optimize lead times, reduce logistics costs, and ensure service levels are met or exceeded
- Support S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) by analyzing and resolving short-term supply imbalances
- Drive reporting improvements and identify technology enhancements to streamline planning and visibility
- Leverage planning tools and data to simulate supply scenarios, improve accuracy, and drive better decision-making
- Conduct root cause analysis for any service or inventory disruption, identifying and implementing corrective action
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in supply planning, operations analytics, or supply chain roles.
- Solid understanding of supply chain concepts (MRP, DRP, inventory optimization, lead time management).
- Proficiency in Excel, and experience with ERP or planning systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
