Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Retail Sales Associate to join their team in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, UK . This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in retail sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and effective sales techniques. You will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, providing detailed product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience from start to finish. Furthermore, you will contribute to visual merchandising efforts, maintain store appearance standards, and assist with inventory management, including stocktaking and replenishment. As a Senior Associate, you will also play a key role in training and mentoring new team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales culture.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Greeting customers warmly and identifying their needs.
  • Providing expert advice on product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
