This role would require you to support with drinks and wine service, whilst demonstrating exemplary customer service, always remaining approachable and professional. Basic tasks include the following:


Placing pre-ordered drinks on the correct tables prior to guests arrivals
Supporting with drinks receptions including tray service
Taking drinks orders from allocated tables and processing these orders
Delivering drinks to tables
Pouring wine and water - ensuring guests are looking after.
Proactively offering support and assisting guests when required.



There will also be opportunities to support in other capacities throughout the Conference and Banqueting department, including conference support, Green Room support, hostess-ing, attending the door and attending to the cloakroom.
