This company deliver wireless telecoms infrastructure, including rooftop sites, antenna layouts, GRP housings, and tower designs. Off the back of new investment, they're now building their internal design capability and are hiring a Design Engineer to support delivery across all projects.
You'll work directly under the Head of Design producing 2D AutoCAD drawings , supporting CAD template and block creation, and helping define drawing standards and QA processes as they scale.
The role is remote-first with flexible hours and occasional office meet-ups in Stratford-upon-Avon. The business runs with a start-up mindset, fast-moving, hands-on, and with long-term progression as the team grows.
