Are you a CNC Setter/Operator from a woodworking background or similar looking for a relaxed, days based role, at a stable company that can offer great benefits such as an early finish on Friday, providing great work-life balance?
On offer is the chance to join an expanding company, that designs and manufactures bespoke staircases for the residential and commercial industries. They have been established for around 25 years and are looking for a CNC setter/operator to join their close-knit, easy going workshop team.
In this role you will be setting, operating and repairing 3 axis CNC machines for woodworking. You will be working alongside 2 other CNC machinists, in a fun and enjoyable workshop environment. You will also have to cut timber using manual tools such as saws, in preparation for the CNC machines.
This position would suit a CNC Setter/Operator from a woodworking background or similar looking for a relaxed, stable role that can provide great work life balance.

Our successful, Southcoast based client are looking for some additional support in there modern, well equipped, manufacturing unit. The business has seen significant growth over the last 18 months and have recently been awarded a large contract for which they are now looking to recruit.
Due to the nature of the current projects, we’re presently recruiting for cabinet makers & joiners , ideally skilled but will consider hard working, committed individuals with some prior experience. Our client provides a safe, friendly, and supportive working environment where you’ll have the opportunity to use and / or fine tune your Cabinet Making and Joinery skills. Our clients’ typical projects are bespoke, one off, tailored units made up of several smaller items.
As a Cabinet Maker / Joiner , you'll be able to:
- Read technical drawings to assemble wood products
