We're looking for a dedicated Workshop Supervisor to join our Transportation team in Shropshire and help ensure our fleet remains safe, compliant, and ready for the road.

Hours : Permanent Fulltime 40 hours per week, site based 5 days per week

What will you be responsible for?
As a Workshop Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily operations of the workshop and lead a skilled team to deliver maintenance and repair programmes safely, on time, and within budget
Your day to day will include:
- Ensure effective delivery of programme of works
- Undertake weekly safety site inspections of the workshop, ensure good housekeeping is maintained
- Updating of workshop computer systems
- Provide estimates for vehicle repairs
- Collaborate, promote and develop Health, Safety and wellbeing innovations
What are we looking for?
This role of Workshop Supervisor is great if you have:
- Hands on MOT testing experience
- Confident with workshop computer systems and record keeping
- Understand Guide to Roadworthiness and HGV inspection protocols
- Solid knowledge of O Licence compliance (OLAT)
- Hold a valid driving licence – Category B & C (essential for this position)
