Job Description
We are looking to expand our team and looking for a full time Yard/Store Assistant for our Milnathort depot. This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday 7.30 am till 5 pm with alternate Saturday mornings.

Forklift experience and Building Materials knowledge preferable, but not essential as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move materials and products within the yard and store efficiently.
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate loading and unloading of goods.
- Maintain organization of the warehouse using warehouse management systems.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Perform heavy lifting and mechanical tasks as needed, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in materials handling and warehouse operations
- Proficient in forklift operation and safety protocols
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform heavy lifting
- Experience in shipping and receiving, including load and unload tasks
- Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £31,495.00 per year
