We are looking for some to effectively implement the delivery of all aspects of Strength & Conditioning support to all Academy players with reference to the BHAFC Athletic Development Mode, mainly focusing on players in the Youth Development Phase (U13-U16). You will provide Strength & Conditioning coaching field and gym based performance/recovery sessions.

Do you have experience providing Strength & Conditioning services to elite athletes and coaches, including working with high-performance teams or squads? Our ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and monitoring Strength & Conditioning programs. You should hold an undergraduate degree in Sports Science or Strength & Conditioning from a recognised university. This role is as much about skill set as it is about the person. You must be someone that works well as part of a team and remains calm under pressure.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. As part of this role, you will be required to participate in our local Warwickshire domestic abuse helpline, on a rota basis.This requires covering a later shift from 12:30 – 20:30, approximately twice per month.
This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Domestic Abuse Community Outreach Worker to provide high quality practical and emotional support to survivors of domestic violence and their children living within Warwickshire.
The Community Outreach worker will inform the survivor on the options and support available, empowering the survivor to make decisions and achieve their goals to increase their safety, confidence and independence.The role involves working with a range of statutory and non-statutory agencies to advocate on behalf of survivors and promote access to services to meet their needs.
The outreach worker will work within a designated locality within Warwickshire to provide drop-ins and support to community services to enable survivors to access services. They will also participate in the delivery of group work to help survivors along their journey to recovery.
As part of this role, you will be required to participate in our local Warwickshire domestic abuse helpline, on a rota basis. This requires covering a later shift from 12:30 – 20:30, approximately twice per month.
