Lead our U13-U14 groups at our category 1 boy’s academy

Building and maintaining a database of community contacts and partners, and regularly communicating with them to provide updates and solicit feedback, will be crucial. You will also play a key role in recruiting, training, and managing volunteers for outreach activities, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources. Developing compelling promotional materials and communication plans to effectively convey our client's message will be essential. Tracking and reporting on the success of outreach activities, using relevant metrics to demonstrate impact and identify areas for improvement, will be a key requirement. You will also assist in fundraising efforts by identifying potential donors and supporting grant application processes. The successful candidate will have a passion for community development and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by local communities. A proven ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people is essential. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines, are required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking abilities, are a must. Experience in event planning and volunteer management is highly desirable. A background in social work, community development, or a related field, along with experience working within the charity sector, would be advantageous. A willingness to travel within the local area and work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, may be required.
