We are looking for someone innovative and creative in their ways of working to work who has the ability to engage with a range of young people.

The role will be based in supported accommodation for young people aged 18- 25.

Main duties will include

Working through support and action plans

Updating risk assessments and risk management plans

As a specialist in tenancy sustainment you will ensure that young people are able to maintain their excluded license and tenancies and can access services that are appropriate to their needs, strengths and aspirations.

Developing the life skills necessary to move on and live independently in the community.

Hours per week: 37 hours on a Rota pattern.

Contract; Temp ongoing role.
