BDS Recruitment are currently looking for 2 x Youth Development Workers to work within the Redruth and Penzance area.
We are looking for someone innovative and creative in their ways of working to work who has the ability to engage with a range of young people.
The role will be based in supported accommodation for young people aged 18- 25.
Main duties will include
Working through support and action plans
Updating risk assessments and risk management plans
As a specialist in tenancy sustainment you will ensure that young people are able to maintain their excluded license and tenancies and can access services that are appropriate to their needs, strengths and aspirations.
Developing the life skills necessary to move on and live independently in the community.
Hours per week: 37 hours on a Rota pattern.
Contract; Temp ongoing role.
Pay rate: 14.82ph paye or 19.22 umbrella
Please note you will require your own transport for this role and any mileage will be paid at 45p per mile.
