If the trial is a success, we’ll be rolling the 4DWW out across the Group – so there’s never been a more exciting time to join #teamOFG!
Job title: Primary Teacher
Location: Hambrook School, Burgess Hill, West Sussex
Salary: Up to £42,000.00 per annum depending on experience (not pro rata)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

You’ll work in a supportive environment with a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected, and involved in decisions about their learning and wellbeing.
We pride ourselves on the high quality of education we provide, and we’re looking for a confident and motivated Primary Teacher who shares our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable pupils in the UK to be happy and successful.
While experience working in an SEN or ASC environment is desirable, excellent teaching skills, resilience, and the right personal qualities are equally important.
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)
If you are ready to make a meaningful difference and grow professionally within a supportive and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
