- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Implement and manage Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Facilitate project meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure the quality of project deliverables meets or exceeds expectations.
- Track project progress, performance, and key metrics, providing regular status reports to senior management.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Liaise with technical leads, developers, designers, and other team members to ensure alignment and address technical challenges.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations where applicable.
- Drive continuous improvement within project management processes and team workflows.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or PMP/Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project management, with at least 3 years managing complex software development projects.
- Proven experience implementing and leading projects using Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture is a plus.
- Familiarity with various technology stacks and development practices.
