  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project management, with at least 3 years managing complex software development projects.
  • Proven experience implementing and leading projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture is a plus.
  • Familiarity with various technology stacks and development practices.
