Our client seeks a dynamic and experienced Agile Project Manager to oversee software development projects. Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach and mentor development teams on agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine the product backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and resources, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and impediments.
  • Track project progress using agile metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of software releases, coordinating with QA and deployment teams.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration within the development team and across departments.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other agile frameworks.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to facilitate effectively and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Experience working in a hybrid work model, balancing remote and office-based tasks.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar agile certification is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
