Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Education & Language Skills
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
Native-level fluency in English is required.
Fluency in other European languages is a plus.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Our current workload spans local, regional and national advisory roles for all aspects of the health sector – primary, community, acute and mental health - as well as support to local authorities and other public sector organisations.

You will possess excellent communication and facilitation skills to harness and build positive relationships, whilst being able to put forwards alternative points of view and respectfully challenge.

You will primarily work alongside and in support of our senior consultants, delivering estates advisory services to customers right across our portfolio, but will also lead on specific elements of work/your own projects as your experience develops, as well as helping to nurture your graduate and junior colleagues.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

STRATEGIC ESTATES ADVICE

  • To work as part of a team to provide advice to our customers and partners as required (e.g., options appraisals, feasibility studies, estates strategies, PIDs, Business Case authoring, workshop facilitation, space utilisation, other research), either solely, as part of the wider team or with external advisors as needed.
  • Liaise with external clients and stakeholders to create new strategic estates opportunities for Community Ventures in line with the business plan, working with colleagues, partners and shareholders.
  • Appoint contractors and advisors to support delivery.
  • Effectively manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • To professionally represent Community Ventures at external meetings and events.

CLIENT/CUSTOMER LIAISON

  • A significant proportion of this role is client facing - acting as the consultant/ professional on our strategic advice commissions- presenting our offer to the client and ensuring the timelines and quality of our delivery.
  • Promoting and presenting a professional personal and company brand in all dealings.
  • Developing and nurturing successful and rewarding relationships with colleagues and the supply chain.
  • Listening and understanding the client’s needs and developing new client relationships.
  • Ensuring a working environment exists where complete client satisfaction is at the forefront of every team member’s mind.

GENERAL

  • Support the production of board reports and performance reports against the business plan KPI’s.
  • Spotting opportunities for continuous improvement of our tools, processes, and systems.
  • Understanding and mitigating risk to the business.
  • Support Community Ventures in the pursuit of new opportunities and business development as required.
  • Provide information to support the Director and Associate Directors with workload planning and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Hold a formal degree qualification (or 3+ years relevant experience)

  • Experience of working within public sector, health, social care, and/or education sectors
  • Experience of delivering against competing priorities and deadlines while also directing the work of teams/individuals
  • You will be resilient and have the credibility to engage with a wide range of local and regional stakeholders
  • The ability to work both as a team member in a busy working environment, as and unsupervised at times
  • Excellent listening and communication skills

Your Role

As a Cloud Strategy Consultant or Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent you will be part of our Cloud Advisory capability within the wider Business Technology capability unit. Our cloud advisory capability aims to inspire, lead and support organisations on their journey of adopting cloud for creating business and revenue models, generating growth, ensuring regulatory compliance and reducing their carbon footprint.


Cloud is a key enabler for every business strategy from new business models to strategic risk management. A cloud strategy is no longer just an infrastructure strategy, but also includes business, application, data, security, integration and platform strategy. As a cloud strategy consultant, you will combine your understanding of our client’s businesses and our thought leadership in the industry to create cloud strategies that will enable future ready enterprises. You will deliver business focussed cloud strategies that will enable the adoption, acceleration, and innovation on the cloud for our clients.


You will be required to work and communicate with all levels of an organisation to collaboratively innovate, design and implement new business and operating models. You’ll bring an acute sense of market trends and the challenges facing our clients, to deliver lasting and sustainable organisation transformations.

As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:

  • Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
  • Internal Contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
  • Learning & Development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

Your Profile

You will bring experience in transforming business through technology and transforming the way clients operate. Comfortable at working in a technology-driven environment, you will bring proven skills and experience in the following:

  • Experience in cloud strategy and implementation for large or mid size organisations on public clouds (AWS, Azure or GCP)
  • Experience in developing cloud adoption strategy and roadmaps for clients
  • Implementation of cloud strategies & transformation plans for clients to migrate to cloud.
  • Experience in translation of client business challenges into cloud-based solutions and strategy within specific technology and business domains
  • Understanding of cloud transformation challenges and pitfalls
  • Understanding of industry clouds provided by AWS, Azure, GCP in one or more industry domains
  • Understanding of the role of cloud for transformation of data & analytics, customer experiences and enterprise transformation
  • Understanding of cloud operating models for public/private, hybrid and multi-cloud
  • Understanding of cloud security models, DevSecOps and cloud operations
  • Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.

Key expectations from this role include:

  • As a Consultant: lead a stream of work and produce high quality deliverables, providing key input to shape the strategic direction and support the design of propositions.
  • As a Senior Consultant: design and lead projects / multiple streams taking ownership for elements of the proposition.

Reporting to our Geo Senior Director and an important member of the Geo ECS leadership team, you will lead the identification, qualification, and creation of compelling Consulting Service proposals to secure strategic solution business.
You must be passionate about driving transformational customer outcomes and business for Autodesk. **Responsibilities**
+ Create opportunities for growth within customer/industry portfolios
+ Create strategic, comprehensive business development plans to achieve growth and increase market share
+ Identify target markets, whitespace opportunities, develop leads, and directly prospect into those accounts
+ Deliver transformation program proposals with compelling customer value and outcomes, aligned with Autodesk offerings and capabilities

+ Work with executives and major customers. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior-level leaders regarding matters of significance to our organization
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent)
+ Business degree or equivalent qualification
+ Commercial and sales success
+ Experience in accountability and responsibility for leading digital transformation consulting projects within a global professional services organization
+ Experience developing close working relationships with enterprise account sales teams and other departments
+ History of meeting targets is important. You are motivated by results
+ Understanding of customer and market dynamics: You will need to have an understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the industry
+ Experience dealing with all levels of the customers' organizations, negotiating win-win solutions, ensuring customers are over-satisfied with the performance
+ Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, multilingual would be an advantage
