Who You’ll Work With:

What We’re Looking For:
- 5–7 years’ experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in agriculture, energy, or rural infrastructure.
- Proven success in closing deals and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Strong understanding of agricultural operations and energy needs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinker, and relationship builder.
- Full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months, max 6 points).
- Legal right to work in the UK and DBS check required.
