Role Details
Job Title: eCommerce Manager (Shopify, Amazon & P2P)
Compensation: £35,000/year
Location: Stagsden, near Bedford (3 days per week in office, 2 days flexible / remote)
Reports to: Head of eCommerce & Marketing
Purpose: Maximise sales and customer experience across Amazon, Shopify and P2P channels in UK and US markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and optimisation of Amazon stores.
- Maintain Amazon product listings, pricing, promotions, merchandising, and SEO.
- Run Amazon PPC campaigns, monitor Buy Box, and resolve listing/suppression issues.
- Analyse performance, track KPIs, and report on profitability, competitor trends, and customer feedback.
- Support Shopify execution across all markets, including product updates, promotions, and CRO testing.
- Improve conversion rate, basket size, and customer lifetime value through upsell, cross-sell, and post-purchase strategies.
- Implement site improvements and run A/B tests.
- Oversee the outsourced P2P marketplace program, ensuring performance and brand alignment.
- Support international expansion (e.g., Amazon US/EU) by preparing listings, ensuring compliance, and coordinating logistics.
