You will play a key role in mapping, analysing, and optimising business processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and technology capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in process mapping, workflow optimisation, and the practical application of technology system.
This role will work principally within a process remediation programme of work and lead all process remediation efforts as part of a prescribed sprint process.
