Your role within the team:
- This role is responsible for leading product development for Zesty Paws in Europe — from concept to launch - in close collaboration with marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams. Beyond formulation, the role plays a key part in shaping the innovation strategy through deep understanding of market, consumer, and scientific landscapes, identifying white spaces, and translating insights into new product opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: work alongside the regulatory, supply chain and marketing teams to take formulations from concept to end product

Based in their London office, they are looking for someone who has experience within luxury leather accessories who can come in and provide pivotal support.

This role will be responsible for:
- Provide pivotal support to the Senior Manager on the development of the collection
- Manage and drive the critical path for the development process, following up daily with the vendors and suppliers to ensure target dates are on track
- Take control of all raw material and trim development and monitoring these schedules in line with the critical path
- Solution orientated, seeking working solutions whilst respecting the design integrity of the product
- Tech pack creation and management for the development process as well as production
- Chase and track all samples and working with the managers and the team through approvals
- Provide regular updates to the teams on the delivery schedules, working through any issues proactively but also ensuring minimal delay to delivery
- Manage the development process, building up strong relationships and visiting suppliers through the season as required.
- Support the costings and price negotiation process, ensuring target margins and prices are achieved.

As the Assistant NPD Manager for our fragrance brand, you will play a crucial role in supporting the New Product Development team in bringing innovative and high-quality fragrance products to market. - Keeping the master product documents up to date as they will be the reference documents for all departments.
