About the Role:

We’re looking for a scrappy and high-output Product Manager to lead key initiatives in identity, authentication, and growth infrastructure. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role of Banking Operations Executive is to support the Operations Department in managing all payment processing within the given SLA, including Bacs processing and scheme-related activities, and assisting with the production and validation of test plans. MAIN DUTIES

Requirements

•   Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or in final stages of completion).

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, coupled with at least 4 years of experience in credit risk analysis within the banking or financial services sector. Proficiency in SAS, R, Python, or similar statistical software is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required. Experience with regulatory reporting and a solid understanding of banking products are highly desirable.
