**Job Description**
A **Product & Program Manager for Business Intelligence & Data Analytics** at U.S. Bank is customer focused in driving product visioning, planning and development to deliver on our Data Analytic and Reporting strategy and staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs.
**As a Product & Program Manager, you will:**
+ Identify, analyze and interpret business needs and requirements for Internal reporting, Self-service tools, Power BI Dashboards and reports.
+ Liaise with Senior leaders in Europe to identify and prioritize product / portfolio opportunities, and establish the product vision, charter and roadmap.
+ Defines product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to prioritize Features/Epics and breaks down work into actionable steps to facilitate product discovery, design, development and delivery.
+ Manages the end-to-end product lifecycle and drives the product roadmap leveraging OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
+ Creates the product in conjunction with agile, experience design, technology and risk partners to achieve business and customer outcomes.
+ Understands and cares for the technical features, debt reduction and modernization of the technical product with expertise in the technology required.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Product/Program Management experience in a Technical product or Data engineering environment.
**Preferred Skills/Experience:**
+ Expertise on the critical interdependencies among product model system elements that help and hinder performance; ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using business metrics, key performance indicators, design systems, service blueprints, and reusability.
+ Knowledge of technical aspects of software products, **Particularly Power BI, SQL Server, Azure and Microsoft Fabric platform.**
+ Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities, internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.
+ Strong customer centricity to implement strategies and techniques used to ensure that customers have positive experience with the organization's products and services at every touch point.
+ Knowledge of Agile ways of working, knowledge of processes, tools and techniques for assessing and controlling an organization's exposure to risks of various kinds; ability to apply knowledge of risk management appropriately to diverse situations.

- Work closely with department heads, executives, and external partners to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and data-driven solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring BI drives both agency growth and client success.
Governance & Compliance
- Govern data integrity, compliance, and security standards to ensure all BI initiatives adhere to regulatory and organisational requirements.
- Ensure the business intelligence applications enhance key decision making across the agency.
- Act as a senior escalation point for any BI issues that may crop out across the agency.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills , with the ability to interpret complex data and present in an actionable manner
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with a track record of managing BI projects.
- Strong experience of BI tools including Google Big Query, Azure SQL, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Power BI and Funnel
- Strong experience it with ETL pipelines and data infrastructure (MSSQL, SSIS, Azure, DAX)
- Experience with DevOps and Coding languages (Azure DevOps, Git, Python, Powershell)
- Proven experience with statistical modelling (ie XGBoost)
- Understanding of advertising and marketing metrics is desirable
- Advanced Excel skills

Solution Design & Project Management
- Lead as a Databricks technical expert, driving process improvement and automation
- Partner with business domain expert to understand their data requirements and design fit-for-purpose data products to solve complex challenges

Data Intelligence & Visualisation
