PMCM is our new project, programme, cost and commercial management discipline that provides a range of project-related services across multiple market sectors including transportation, buildings, water, energy and defence.
Reporting to the PMCM Head of Discipline, the successful candidate will set the direction for WSP's PMCM activities in the Energy sector and will be the driving force for business development, growth activities and delivery. The new appointee will use their own network to identify future opportunities, lead the client development and business growth capability, assist in the formulation of winning bids, and be closely involved in developing relationships with key clients. They will also initially be expected to take a lead role in delivering work and help establish and grow a PMCM Energy team that is industry recognised. As growth is firmly on the agenda, the individual will lead the development and implementation of the 3-year PMCM Energy Strategy.
