We’re working with a full-service market research company specializing in brand strategy, experience and communications. They utilise a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods alongside cutting-edge data analytics. Their client base is made up of famous brands across a wide range of sectors including FMCG, financial, automotive, leisure and healthcare.


THE ROLE:

The Market Research Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

  • Working under the supervision of more senior members of the data science team to design market research projects with an analytic component (e.g. driver analysis, segmentation, conjoint)
  • Performing cleaning and analysis of survey data according to project need – from simple tables to more complex explorations
  • Demonstrating a willingness to work co-operatively with others for the overall benefit of the company
  • Communicating with clients and colleagues in a confident and articulate manner



YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal Market Research Analyst:

  • Good grasp of the R programming language
  • Knowledge of other statistical packages and languages such as SPSS would be an advantage
  • Working knowledge of analytical techniques within primary research, such as: Regression techniques (including, linear, Segmentation, MaxDiff/Conjoint)
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to working through code and coding strategies

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Lead end-to-end delivery of localisation projects, including:

Survey and questionnaire translation

Overlay and link checking

Coding

IDI and focus group moderation projects

Adverse Event (AE) reporting

SimTrans

Transcriptions (including single stage)

First and second-stage content analysis

Prepare survey files for translation, managing tags, programming language, and any embedded logic.

Maintain accurate project scopes, timelines, and budgets.

Ensure alignment with client expectations and internal quality standards.


 Client Relationship Management

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.

Develop deep understanding of client workflows, business needs, and market-specific nuances.

Provide guidance on best practices, localisation strategies, and technical file handling.


Technical & File Management

Interpret and handle exported file formats from various survey scripting platforms

Apply localisation engineering knowledge to troubleshoot and QA complex files

Utilize CAT tools, project management systems, and QA platforms effectively


Education & Experience Requirements

5+ years of experience in localisation project management, specifically within market research.

Proven ability to manage complex, multi-market, multi-language projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Translation, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).

Experience working in a hybrid or global, multi-time-zone environment is a plus.

The Role

This is a key client-facing research role, with a strong focus on project delivery and insight generation . While the role is based in France, candidates may also work remotely from other European countries. Fluency in French and English is required, as you will lead research projects and present insights to clients in France and beyond.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver projects: Lead AI-driven research projects end-to-end, including designing discussion guides, managing fieldwork, and ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Generate insights: Craft reports, analyze findings, and present actionable insights to clients.
  • Onboard clients: Guide new clients onto the BoltChatAI platform and ensure a smooth adoption process.
  • Client relationships: Act as the main point of contact for French and European clients, ensuring engagement and satisfaction.
  • Team support: Mentor and support junior researchers in project execution and reporting.
  • Innovate: Contribute ideas to improve methodologies and enhance our AI-powered research platform.
