  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, lead generation, conversions, and brand sentiment.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.
  • Work closely with PR and communications teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
