We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our growing Marketing team - someone who thrives on taking ownership, driving strategy, and getting hands-on to deliver outstanding results.

Using your strong product marketing skills, you will be responsible for evolving and communicating our concrete sensor hardware and AI-based SaaS offerings to a wide range of audiences, including customers, prospects, partners, and the trade press. You will importantly be the voice of the customer within the marketing team and the bridge between Product, Customer Experience (CX), Sales, and Marketing. In this role, you will report directly to our Marketing Director and work closely with wider team leaders and cross-functional teams.

What you’ll do

Craft Differentiated Messaging & Positioning
Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and CX teams to distill key functionality and benefits into compelling messaging across all channels that sets our offerings apart in both hardware and SaaS markets. You’ll be the Marketing team’s product and customer expert!

Sales Enablement & Partner Enablement
Work with outsourced design resources to produce strategic sales tools—one-pagers, pitch decks, competitor battlecards, ROI calculators—to empower our internal Commercial teams and external channel partners (resellers, distributors, labs) to sell and position our products effectively.

Internal Communication & Collaboration
Act as a bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX, ensuring everyone is aligned on feature updates, messaging, and customer feedback loops. Participate in internal training sessions or enablement workshops whenever a significant update or new product launch occurs. Maintain open feedback channels so teams can share lessons learned from real-world interactions with prospects and customers.

Content Creation & Thought leadership
Work with the marketing team and external resources to produce thought leadership articles, whitepapers, eBooks, blog posts, and webinar content to educate the market. Highlight unique insights, trends, or data that demonstrate the product’s relevance and value. Partner with SMEs (subject matter experts) to refine technical details into compelling storylines.

Coordinate Product & Feature Launches
Work closely with the full marketing team and cross-functional teams to coordinate the full mix of activities surrounding the launch of new products and features.

User Research & Case Studies
Engage with customers to gather feedback, capture success stories, and create compelling case studies. Share insights with Product that inform continuous product and feature improvements.

Market & Competitive Analysis
Stay on top of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Keep a competitive intel repository to track features, pricing, and positioning moves from direct and indirect competitors. Use these insights to influence product roadmap decisions and suggest feature differentiators or areas where the product can evolve to address market gaps, refine messaging, and evolve go-to-market plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in product marketing or a similar role within a fast-growing B2B SaaS or hardware business.
  • A brilliant storyteller who can empathise with a user’s problem, articulate the solution clearly, and craft compelling value propositions for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of developing strategic positioning/messaging, executing successful go-to-market, and effectively engaging technical buyers.
  • Analytical & results-driven, with the ability to monitor KPIs, interpret data, and iterate on campaigns for optimal performance.
  • Experience collaborating with channel partners or external resellers is a plus, given our global distribution model.
  • A passion for technology and an active interest in industry trends and innovations (especially in construction tech, IoT, or hardware-enabled SaaS).
  • BONUS: You already know the construction landscape and better yet understand concrete.
