- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive brand management experience within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful global brands and marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of consumer insights, market dynamics, and marketing principles.
