KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ A leader that works with our ad sales teams, brands and our products - overseeing a Brand and Creative Strategy team that develops award-winning concepts and solutions for our clients and providing the support and guidance to help the team deliver to its objectives and develop their combined and individual skills.
+ Working with the VP, ECD of Catalyst Agency, play a key role in strategic growth and opportunities, including integrating functions and processes across other company divisions.
+ Responsible for implementing, reviewing and updating systems and processes across commercial and editorial teams, building relationships, identifying and acting on new opportunities that help drive revenue growth.
+ Oversee multiple workstreams across branded content, digital campaigns and integrated marketing initiatives.
+ Evolve client pitch and presentation process.
+ Work as a conduit between sales and content on assessing best practice process and workflow
+ Keep up-to-date with industry and technological advancements particularly in the digital advertising and experiential space, b2b and b2c events. In addition, maintain deep knowledge of:
+ Business news, CNBC's coverage, and key regional newsmakers.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Strategic Marketing Manager to join our regional marketing communications team on a 9 month fixed term contract. Collaboratewith sector leaders, client account teams, and regional stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies reflect client needs and market opportunities.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business priorities across both established and emerging sectors.
Develop and implement integrated marketing plans using the SOSTAC framework, including clear objectives, audience targeting, tactics, ownership, and performance metrics.
Design and deliver tailored marketing campaigns that support brand visibility and business growth across multiple sectors.
Report on campaign performance and marketing activity to regional leadership and contribute to strategic planning.
Partner with content and creative teams to develop compelling messaging and multi-format content strategies.
Conduct market research to inform value propositions, messaging, and competitive positioning across diverse sectors.
Use analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies based on insights.
Manage a calendar of integrated marketing activities, including events, social media, thought leadership, and editorial content.
Write and schedule social media content to support strategic initiatives and enhance brand presence.
Organise and manage events (virtual and in-person), including logistics, collateral, and stakeholder engagement.
Create targeted content such as case studies, blogs, award entries, and client communications aligned with brand messaging.

**Qualifications**
**Ready to push the limits of whatu2019s possible?**
_Hereu2019s what weu2019re looking for:_
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
CIM qualification or equivalent; digital marketing certifications are a plus.
Previous experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within a professional services or B2B environment.
Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, content creation, and campaign management.
Strong digital marketing skills, including account-based marketing and thought leadership.
Ability to connect marketing activities to brand and business outcomes.
Strong understanding of market trends and client needs across multiple sectors.
Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is advantageous.
Self-motivated with a proactive, client-centric mindset.
Knowledge of GDPR and best practices for compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
**Desirable Experience**
Experience supporting marketing efforts across a variety of sectors in a B2B context.
