The Senior Project Manager role is a key role at the studio. Working alongside the Founder/Creative Director Business Partner/Strategy Director and the wider design team, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple projects across a range of sectors, spanning culture and commerce. What the day to day will look like:

  • Define project scopes, budgets and key objectives/deliverables

  • Create project timelines and internal design briefs
  • Set-up and maintain all new project folders and filing systems
  • Manage projects from inception to delivery across multiple client accounts

Production

  • Liaise with clients to determine and manage production budgets and schedules
  • Liaise with external suppliers/contractors on all areas of production (print, digital, photography etc)
  • Managing licensing to include: typefaces, stock imagery, stock footage, sound


Financial Administration

Financial reconciliation across all projects,i.e:

  • Tracking project expenditure
  • Raising and issuing client invoices
  • Management of external supplier costs across each project (with support from the Senior Management team)


HR

The following responsibilities are shared with and supported by our Studio Manager:

  • Issuing NDAs as required across projects
  • Issuing employee and freelance contracts
  • Onboarding new employees


The ideal candidate will need to live and breathe project management, timelines and posess exceptional organisational skills and ability to run projects end to end and be able to be the lynch pin in the studio and communicate effectively.


Key skills required:

  • Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multi-tasker used to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident in managing a wide rangeof projects and personalities

With an ambitious growth plan and a collaborative culture, the agency is now looking for a dynamic new business professional to drive client acquisition and nurture opportunities across their expanding portfolio.

About the Role
As a key member of the business development team, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new prospects into long-term partnerships. You’ll play a pivotal role in building the agency’s sales pipeline through targeted outreach, insight-led lead generation, and proactive relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new opportunities through outbound new business activity and intelligent prospecting
  • Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of potential clients across key sectors
  • Research target industries to identify growth areas and emerging opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape compelling RFP responses and pitch materials
  • Reconnect with lapsed clients and revive warm leads within the agency network
  • Track progress and report on performance against new business targets
  • Act as a credible ambassador for the agency — confident in presenting, pitching, and networking
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in line with GDPR compliance
Skills and Experience Required
  • Proven experience in business development or new business roles within live events, brand experience, or creative agencies
  • Strong understanding of the events and experiential landscape, including key players and trends
  • Confident communicator and persuasive networker with excellent presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to turn insights into opportunities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and lead management processes
  • Commercially aware with an understanding of agency profitability and time management
  • A motivated self-starter who thrives on achieving targets and growing client relationships

What To Expect:
During your 10-week summer internship you will get a first-hand experience of what a career in marketing with P&G involves, and if it is right for you.
From Day 1, you will be working on live business projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead. Previous internship projects cover topics such as analysing a new Pampers product launch, making a recommendation to accelerate our Gillette business on Amazon and creating a new TikTok strategy for Herbal Essences.
Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring and training as they deliver their work. This role is based in our UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey which is an easy commute from London with regular trains from London Waterloo and Clapham Junction and a free shuttle service from the station to the office.

Right to Work :

Note, this will require your right to work permission to be valid between 1st July 202 6 until until 4th September 2026 for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
