Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Creative Brand Manager to bring our brand vision to life through compelling product positioning, creative execution, and social-first campaigns. This role is a key partner to our Asia-based brand teams, complementing their product-led approach by enhancing visual storytelling, content direction, and consumer-facing brand image.
This role ensures that product positioning is clearly articulated through brand visuals, storytelling, and consumer-facing content, aligning what the product stands for with how it is experienced by customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Positioning & Brand Expression
- Partner with Asia-based brand teams to understand product strategy, target audiences, and seasonal priorities
- Translate product direction into consumer-facing narratives, moodboards, and campaign ideas
- Ensure visual execution (e.g., photoshoots, store imagery, digital assets) reflects the intended product positioning, category strength, and trend story
- Support the development of key product stories that differentiate the brand and inspire customers
2. Creative Execution & Visual Consistency
- Drive consistent brand visuals across shoots, lookbooks, and channel-specific content
- Align studio and location shoots with brand identity, ensuring styling, lighting, and composition support brand goals
- Oversee the rollout of content across touchpoints with quality and coherence
3. Campaign & Content Development
- Support the end-to-end delivery of brand campaigns — from concept and calendar planning to execution
- Collaborate with internal creative teams and external partners (photographers, stylists, editors) to bring ideas to life
- Build clear campaign briefs and moodboards to align stakeholders across markets
4. Social & Influencer Integration
- Support content strategy for organic social, with emphasis on community, lifestyle, and seasonal storytelling
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and offline activations to grow authentic engagement
- Identify grassroots and relevant creator voices aligned with brand values
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a creative liaison with Asia-based brand teams to bring product and brand together cohesively
- Share insights on audience preferences, content performance, and visual trends to inform future planning
- Advocate for brand elevation across all touchpoints — balancing commercial focus with brand storytelling
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative production within the fashion, lifestyle, or retail industries
- Strong understanding of how product strategy connects with brand identity and content creation
- Proven experience managing visual campaigns, shoots, and creative output

Responsibilities:
- Producing weekly trading reports to summarise, analyse & identify key drivers with the view to propose any necessary trading action.

- Responsible for trading key category areas.
- Produce weekly trading reports for Monday meetings at category level.
- Ability to make trade decisions on the strength or weakness of sales using merchandising tools & monitor, update team weekly.
- Work closely with brands to place in season repeats and to address slower turning stock.
- Cost markdown proposal for mid and end of season sales.
- Produce all colour, price, sizing and ad hoc analysis on the range regularly working to tight and demanding deadlines.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships across the business.
- Work closely with the buying team.

In 2020, Unilever announced the intention to build a new sustainable campus site in Kingston, London to house the employees who currently work in 100 Victoria Embankment in Blackfriars ("100VE"), Lever House in Kingston and Graze in Richmond, the build is due to be complete in early 2025. Most recently, in August 2024, we announced our intention to retain our premises in 100VE until our lease expires in 2027.
We are due to consult with our existing workforce on the new proposal to retain 100VE for the duration of our lease. Therefore, until such a time consultation has concluded as to the retention of our 100VE office, this role will be based in 100 Victoria Embankment until early 2025 and then will move to the Kingston Campus.

This role is part of a global creative team of designers, production designers, copywriters, and design program managers who combine talent, expertise, and customer obsession to create compelling and memorable brands for products that customers love and prefer.
In this role, you will create design guidance and lead adaptive design across creative assets for the Detail Page. This includes building wireframes, creating media block templates, developing detailed guidance for adaptive design, and producing Detail Page assets. This role requires high judgment as well as the ability to lead the creation of visual standards, direct production design, and manage creative agencies to scale adaptive design across a wide portfolio of Consumables products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong design background with a passion for contemporary brands. They will have experience building design systems for customer brands from scratch, and will have worked in e-commerce design. Through their experience, they will demonstrate the ability to deliver the highest quality brand creative across multiple channels, while operating at scale. They will have a high degree of ownership and integrity and will be strong problem-solvers with the ability to think critically. They should be experts in working with various design tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma. They should be willing and capable of using new design technology to improve production speed.

Responsibilities
- Liaising with other department functions on behalf of the department as required (working closely with Merchandising, warehouse, finance and stores)
