Requirements
As a Growth Strategy Manager, you will:
- Work within the Marketing team to solve problems, such as:-
- How can we get the right product to the right customers, at the right time? How should we adapt our product to help deploy more capital to small businesses responsibly?
- What is the best approach to convert leads in our marketing database?
- How do we develop our internal analytics tools to help us understand how valuable customers should be at different parts of the funnel?
- What is the best pricing strategy for our direct customers?
- What should our next big bet be?
- How much should we invest in marketing to specific verticals?
- You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to optimize and fine tune how we engage with customers, both those who sign up but drop out of the funnel pre-loan
- You will leverage funnel, cohort, repayment, etc. data to identify funnel improvement and customer retention initiatives.
- Take responsibility for implementing and leading tests and rolling out success tests. You work closely with the Marketing Tech and Performance teams, as well as the wider business including Ops, Tech & Analytics, Lending Propositions and Risk in the process .
- Understand strategic developments across the business and determine how they will impact marketing, and how marketing will need to adapt in order to support future strategies and help those strategies to be successful
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer and have significant exposure to senior management, as well as stakeholders from across the business (including Tech & Analytics, Product, Ops & Lending Propositions).
Requirements

- Experience in a top-tier strategy consulting or banking firm, or a high growth business.
- A natural curiosity to spot, break down and resolve problems using primary and secondary research to drive data-driven insights in an imperfect world (ie when you never have all the data you’d like, exactly as you’d like it)
- Proven ability in design and delivery of projects that have clear business impact and require management of multiple stakeholders
- Driven, hard-working and uncompromising in delivering high quality work in tight timelines
