We have an immediate and exciting contract opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst & Process Change Lead to join a leading construction and engineering joint venture. This is a critical role focused on identifying and implementing key process improvements in the company's HR and Finance functions.

The Role and Responsibilities
 
As the Business Analyst & Process Change Lead, you'll be at the forefront of a major process review, from start to finish. This is a hands-on role where you will be trusted to take full ownership of the project.

Key responsibilities as the Business Analyst and Process Change Lead will include:
  • Process Analysis: You'll be the expert in documenting existing "As Is" processes in HR and Finance and working with stakeholders to define and implement new, more efficient "To Be" processes.
  • Discovery & Design: Lead and run workshop discovery sessions to understand business needs and document new solution designs.
  • Documentation & Training: Create high-quality process documentation, including process flows and RACI charts. You'll also develop and deliver training materials to ensure a smooth transition for all users.
  • Project Leadership: You'll be responsible for planning the implementation of new processes and providing support to the business throughout the transition phase.
 
As the Business Analyst and Process Change Lead we are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in HR or Finance process improvement.
  • Experience: You should have approximately 10 years of experience in implementing business and system process improvements, with at least 5 years working with or configuring HR or Finance systems.
  • Leadership: You must have held a managerial position, demonstrating your ability to lead and execute key processes.
  • Skills: You are an expert in presentation and communication, with a proven ability to present to stakeholders and use MS Office products effectively.
