You will be responsible for everything from managing online food delivery platforms to overseeing stock ordering, food waste reduction, rota scheduling, and coordinating financial reporting with the accountant. Key Responsibilities:
Online Platform & Virtual Brand Management (Remote & On-Site):
- Manage and optimize online delivery platforms (e.g., Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat)
- Monitor and adjust menus, pricing, availability, and promotions across all brands
- Track online performance metrics and service levels to maintain top ratings
- Handle customer issues or reviews requiring management attention
Stock & Inventory Control (On-Site):
- Plan and place weekly stock and packaging orders with approved suppliers
- Track inventory usage and implement systems to reduce food and ingredient waste
- Ensure stock rotation, proper labelling, and inventory logging practices
Staff & Rota Management (On-Site & Remote):
- Create and manage staff rotas, balancing labor costs with demand across multiple brands
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of kitchen staff
- Supervise staff performance and handle scheduling conflicts or short-notice absences
- Conduct occasional team meetings and briefings (virtual or in person)
Financial Coordination & Admin (Remote):
- Liaise with the external accountant to submit and verify weekly/monthly wage data
- Track wage spend, hours worked, and labor cost ratios
- Submit operational reports including sales summaries, food cost, and waste data
- Assist with reconciling platform payouts and resolving discrepancies
Operations Oversight & Compliance (Primarily On-Site):
- Ensure that all kitchen operations meet cleanliness, hygiene, and health/safety standards
- Troubleshoot daily issues, support brand launches, and oversee kitchen workflows
- Conduct quality checks to ensure consistent food presentation and packaging standards
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in food service or kitchen operations management

- Tech-savvy with ability to work remotely on scheduling, reporting, and online platforms

Key Accountabilities
* Working with the Senior Team to ensure the food is delivered to the highest standard in the section of responsibility
* Coach and develop CDP’S and Commis Chefs to ensure their skills are being enhanced, leading by example
