Team and Role Overview

A Solution Architect for a Regulatory Reporting Platform will work with a team of experts led by the Regional Head of Presales.   • Manage food costs in line with the approved budget and overall hotel business plan.

  • Support the preparation of the Annual Business Plan and assist with monthly revenue and expense reforecasting.

  • Supervise and guide colleagues within the department, ensuring service standards and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual are consistently maintained.
