Account Manager, Property/ Estate Agents / Legal, Guildford, Surrey £26K Base, £32K OTE

This leading conveyancing entrepreneurial business is requiring an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in bringing in new clients and building strong, long-lasting relationships with agents. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to understand their legal needs around property transactions and offer tailored solutions to match.

Excellent telephone skills are essential, as you’ll need to confidently contact prospects, have meaningful conversations, and clearly explain our legal services. You’ll handle the full process of engaging with clients over the phone, providing detailed information, answering questions, and building trust to generate interest. Your sales experience will be vital when presenting our services, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The role will involve

regular face-to-face meetings and travel across London and the South East

You’ll be working to meet sales targets and KPIs, so strong people skills, a strategic approach, and a proven track record in sales are all vital to your success. In this role, you’ll help drive the company’s growth while ensuring clients

are satisfied and well looked after.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Outreach & Quotation

Proactively contact potential clients by phone to introduce our services, understand their individual needs, and provide tailored quotations.

• Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong working relationships with our network of agents and introducers.

• Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

• Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with our Legal and Client Services teams to ensure smooth transitions from initial contact to formal instruction.

• Ongoing Client & Agent Support

Provide ongoing support to clients and agents by conducting follow-up calls, addressing any questions or concerns, and ensuring all interactions are accurately documented.
