Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in leading large and complex Data/AI programs for enterprise customers.
- Deep understanding of building and/or running enterprise grade Data/ AI platforms. This includes working knowledge of ETL, data governance, streaming architectures, Open Table Formats, etc.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Scala, etc.) plus SQL. CI/CD experience and working knowledge of API development.
- Ability to lead technical teams and facilitating discussions regarding technical / architectural trade-offs, best practices and risk mitigation. This is a hands-on leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths or related field with 5+ years experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Full-stack development experience e.g. React/Angular and integration with backend.
- AWS experience or working knowledge of AWS partner solutions like Databricks or Snowflake.
- Expertise of implementing GenAI in production including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases.
- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python).
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions across various platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Learn and apply principles of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Participate in the development of CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment.
- Support the monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of cloud environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand their application requirements and provide cloud solutions.
- Contribute to documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and best practices.
- Engage in learning modules and training sessions to deepen your understanding of cloud technologies and services.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
- Assist in the evaluation of new cloud services and technologies.
- Develop foundational skills in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- A foundational understanding of cloud computing concepts and services (e.g., compute, storage, networking, databases).
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is beneficial.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable communicating in a virtual setting.
