The role of D365 Senior Warehouse Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll take ownership of complex D365 Warehouse projects, bringing clarity to clients, mentoring your team, and guiding solutions from concept to go-live. You’ll lead scoping sessions, influence design and architecture, and ensure delivery meets the highest standards. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping our clients optimise their finance operations and realise long-term value.

You’ll also play a key role internally: coaching consultants, contributing to our best practices, and helping us grow. You’ll work across industries, collaborate with talented colleagues, and have space to shape your career in the direction that excites you, whether that’s thought leadership, solution design, or strategic consulting.

Travel and Hybrid Working

We have an environment that gives you the flexibility to achieve an effective work-life balance for you and your family, whether you want to work from home or at one of our luxury Cubo offices around the UK.

We continue to offer our customers onsite consultancy time if requested, so flexibility around travel and overnight stays is expected, dependent on the project requirements. Onsite time is planned ahead of time, within 2-week blocks, so you know well in advance where you will be working.

We encourage those in customer-facing roles to aim to come into the office at least once a month, and alsoteam meetings and client meetings;however, you can work from Nottingham HQ or any Cubo officeregularly if you prefer, whichever suits you.

About You (The Essentials)

  • Experience in implementing D365 Warehouse modules within a customer orpartner environment
  • Knowledge of working within the Manufacturing, Retail, Warehousing and Life Scienceindustries
  • Being able to deliver complex ERP projects with the end result being a referenceable customer
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with C-Level Stakeholders and become their Trusted Advisor.
  • Experience with leading and guiding a team, offering advice and being a primary contact to customers beyond a core functional area.
  • Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or master's degree and tenured work experience after completing your undergraduate degree

**Responsibilities**
+ Create opportunities for growth within customer/industry portfolios
+ Create strategic, comprehensive business development plans to achieve growth and increase market share

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent)
+ Business degree or equivalent qualification
+ Commercial and sales success
+ Experience in accountability and responsibility for leading digital transformation consulting projects within a global professional services organization
+ Experience developing close working relationships with enterprise account sales teams and other departments
+ History of meeting targets is important. You are motivated by results
+ Understanding of customer and market dynamics: You will need to have an understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the industry

We are seeking a Solution Consulting leader for our Financial Services team to lead presales capability and strategy. This strategic leadership role will set the agenda for demonstration capability as well as execution by inspiring and managing a team of Presales Solution Consultants. The ideal manager will create a repeatable process, driving results and outcomes in a multi-fold agenda including:
+ Ensure SCs demonstrate relevance to customers, fully discover customers' business and technical problems, deliver the highest quality presentations and demonstrations, execute proofs of concept successfully and only when needed, comprehend and document the business value to be delivered, and ensure customer commitment to the ServiceNow solution
+ Develop team members according to the demands of the business and according to their individual professional goals
+ Develop and maintain a recruiting pipeline of potential SC candidates to meet future business demands
+ Work with regional sales managers to prioritize regional Solution Consulting efforts
+ Assign resources to sales opportunities, and consistently evaluate progress against goals
+ Assign resources as required to marketing and other efforts to support demand generation
+ Develop and deploy team training curriculums to meet the changing demands of the sales organization
+ Evaluate team members regularly through analysis of direct observation, peer feedback and sales feedback
+ Ensure proper alignment of resources and effective utilization of skill sets within the assigned region
+ Manage day-to-day activities such as resource scheduling conflicts, expense review and approval, activity reporting etc.
**To be successful in this role you have:**
+ Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
+ Strong pre-sales experience as an individual contributor and leader, preferably at ServiceNow
