  • Have an in-depth understanding of all social media platforms, from Instagram to Tik-Tok and how to create content that gets shared.
  • Collaborate with writers, directors, editors, designers and more.
  • Fostering originality in your ideation, proposing innovative concepts that challenge conventional thinking.
  • Be passionate about your ideas and confidently communicate your creative vision to senior members + the wider team.
  • Pay close attention to detail when crafting decks, focusing on elements such as imagery and copy to maintain a great standard.
  • Work closely with the production and delivery teams on a daily basis.
  • Work closely with the strategy and client services team and be client-facing.
  • Be an active participant when it comes to attending shoots, which may mean occasional evening and/or weekend work.
  • Ensure ideas can happen relative to budgets, timing, and capabilities.
  • Be willing to learn and adapt.
  • Be hungry to develop and progress in your career.

What You Have:

  • A creative portfolio or examples of diverse thinking and eye-catching ideas.
  • A stand-out creative mind ready to push the boundaries.
  • Experience working in the creative industry, whether it be in a professional or personal setting.
  • A passion for big thinking and an eye for craft across a number of social channels.

  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and an ability to inspire internal and external stakeholders with your storytelling and ideas.
  • A can-do attitude and the willingness to support Senior members of staff when called upon.
