THE ROLE.

We’re looking for a skilled PR and Content Marketing Executive, with experience in VFX, animation, media or technology, to Join our Brand & Content team. This newly created role will bridge the gap between our customers and our content strategy to bring Foundry’s storytelling efforts to life. Your primary mission is to dig deep and unearth those amazing customer stories that make our brand shine. From planning to distribution, you'll be hands-on in getting our key messages out there, making sure our content reaches the right eyes through smart PR and social media strategies. THE RESPONSIBILITIES.
  • Content Marketing: As part of the Brand & Content team, you will help to develop and implement a cohesive content marketing strategy that supports our wider marketing goals and Foundry’s business priorities. From go-to-market plans to product launches, you will be fundamental in the coordination and production of content, including but not limited to blog posts, press releases, case studies, video content, and social media content.
  • Client Outreach & Relationship Management: You will lead client outreach efforts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to unlock the stories we want to tell. Act as a primary point of contact to both customer and client [internal brand and content team], to ensure both parties are informed and satisfied. 
  • Public Relations: Devise and execute PR strategies to enhance brand and product visibility. Own the end-to-end process, including pitching stories, managing press inquiries managing proactive and reactive opportunities and cultivating relationships with key media contacts and influencers.
  • Brand Messaging: Ensure all content and PR activities consistently reflect the company's brand voice and messaging. Collaborate with the wider marketing team (digital, industry and product marketing) to integrate PR and content marketing strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of content and PR campaigns, using data to inform future strategies. Provide regular reports on key metrics, including reach, engagement and ROI.
  • Content Development: Support our content marketing efforts by promoting customer projects and points of view, pitching internally to feature quotes and stories for press releases, blog articles, social media posts and newsletters that resonate with our audience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure a cohesive PR and content strategy and support cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience working in a PR and/or content marketing role, ideally within VFX, animation or technology 
  • Influential, first-class relationship builder and seasoned negotiator 
  • Stellar written and verbal communications skills; excellent AP-style journalistic writing and editing practices and strong presentation skills
  • You will be a self-starter who leads with initiative, with a natural flair for seeking out and chasing down stories
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to diplomatically prioritise requests
  • A track record in selling-in stories to a variety of media - both national and international

What you'll do:
+ Work with the Senior Manager, on EMEA processes including administration tasks, forecasting, resourcing, templates, asset management and sourcing, QA-ing, and playbook upkeep and management
+ Lead XFN Project briefs and Project Management for XFN Big Bets activations or EMEA wide projects, setting up timelines, reviews, weekly syncs, and co-ordination all project deliverables including QA and quality control
+ Lead the central coordination of case study GTM for EMEA
+ Deliver wrap up materials and campaign metrics to share across the broader business in partnership with XFN teams
+ Support our agency model and strategy team by conducting vendor searches, ensuring once selected they are onboarded to Snapchat
+ Delivery of administrative tasks such as raising POs, NDAs, SOWs, templates and guidelines, and all supplier onboarding
+ Partner with our legal teams to ensure the correct processes and legal requirements are followed on all marketing materials, including clearance reports and Jira submissions for approved stats
+ All tooling support (Splash page creation, Salesforce, Contentful, Smartsheets, JIRA)
+ Ensure teams are updated regularly on project status, creative reviews, and campaign results
+ Build best practices for the region, partnering with Global teams for efficiencies

The Opportunity

What You'll Do

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute high-impact campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Meta platforms
  • Manage substantial advertising budgets to maximise ROI
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and creative development

Optimisation & Analysis

  • Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimisations
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
  • Analyse performance using Google Analytics and platform dashboards
  • Scale successful campaigns and identify growth opportunities

Reporting & Strategy

  • Create comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities


What They're Looking For

Essential Experience:

  • 2+ years in performance marketing with strong Google Ads and Meta expertise
  • Proven track record managing significant ad spend with excellent ROI
  • Deep understanding of key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates)
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and data analysis

Desirable Skills:

  • TikTok advertising and app marketing experience
  • Additional European languages

DataAnnotation is committed to creating quality AI. Join our team to help train AI chatbots while gaining the flexibility of remote work and choosing your own schedule.

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and teach AI chatbots. You will have conversations with chatbots in order to measure their progress, as well as write novel conversations in order to teach them what to say.

As part of the application process, you will be asked to complete an assessment. If you pass, you will gain access to projects. Based on the quality of your work, you will continue to receive projects regularly. We find our most successful candidates work between 5-20 hours per week, up to 40 hours.

You can work on your own schedule
Projects are paid hourly, starting at $20+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work

Responsibilities:

Come up with diverse conversations over a range of topics

Qualifications:

Fluent in English
