Description
- Working closely with the Marketing and Communications & Campaigns team, produce digital-first content (eg videos, animations, motion graphics) across all communications channels as part of broader content planning, brand and social media strategies
- Support the Creative Designer to develop and update print creative, collaborating closely with the wider Tommy's team on a variety of projects.
- Working knowledge of production methods, processes and an awareness of the latest trends in design and video production and editing
- Interrogate briefs, thinking innovatively and creatively about audience needs to produce content that resonates with our target audiences.
- Support the fundraising teams in the development of new products and initiatives, providing creative resource at any stage of the process from inception to delivery
- Adhere to, and champion our house style and tone of voice, ensuring all content is consistent and within brand guidelines
- Optimise content based on performance analytics and feedback
- Where required, attend and support in producing content during events Platform and relationship management
- Manage image and video library section of the Digital Asset Management system
- Product owner of Canva, keeping platform working efficiently, managing team access and licenses
- Own relationships with production agencies, freelancer photographers and videographers
- Working closely with Research Communications Manager, support with location filming and content production including at research centres and case studies

**The Role:**
The Associate Video Producer will be responsible for creating video, animation, and audio content. From generating content ideas to filming, editing and production to final delivery across various platforms.
Working across the five diverse business divisions, the corporate level and support for the Chief Client Office. We're working with a well-established creative tech company that's looking to hire a talented Digital Content Executive to join their growing team.
This is a hands-on, creative role with a strong focus on motion graphics and animation. You'll work with client-supplied assets and occasionally create content from scratch, helping to bring digital experiences to life. Alongside this, you'll play a role in deploying and updating content across digital platforms and systems.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating animated content using Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, etc.)
- Working with pre-supplied assets and occasionally building creative content from scratch
- Supporting the deployment of content across various digital platforms and client systems
- Managing multiple deadlines and working collaboratively with internal and external teams
What they're looking for:
- Solid experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects and related tools)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

**Core Responsibilities**
+ Review a wide variety of end-to-end shopper journeys on the site and log issues, request corrections and make recommendations for improvement across device (desktop, mobile and tablet), country and language.
+ Document and socialise QA checklist for product, theme, promotion, and campaign launches.
+ Find and recommend opportunities to improve the efficiency of managing content for products, themes, and campaigns.
+ Partner with consumer services specifically to validate reported issues and facilitate their resolution.
+ Identify and recommend additional innovative mechanics and processes to improve the quality of our content and experiences.
+ Use data to find opportunities for improvement across the user journey, including spotting issues across individual countries.
+ Support the delivery of online content A/B testing, ensuring the right asset is deployed to the right test.
+ Perform localization audits and translation reviews cross site for your native language and facilitate resolution of reported issues
+ Coordinate the feedback loop with translation vendors on the reported translation errors on the website.

Collaborating with global colleagues in Ecommerce, Marketing, Consumer Services and our external agency partner, this role monitors and improves the quality of our content so that shoppers can easily find what they are looking for and purchase with confidence, no matter the country, language, or device they choose to browse in.
**Do** **you** **have** **what** **it** **takes?**
+ Proven experience in eCommerce, preferably in a direct-to-consumer environment as well as online user experience.
+ Strong communications skills with a collaborative approach, and an ability to partner across the business at varying levels.
+ Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) as well as other languages preferably French, Japanese, Spanish, Korean, Dutch or Italian (other languages can be considered also).
+ A high-level understanding of online business tools and processes that identify root causes of quality issues and represent website standard methodologies.
+ Great attention to detail and prioritisation of responsibilities with a determination to see issues through to resolution.
+ The ability to travel internationally is approximately 5%.
+ Commitment to our hybrid working policy 'Best of Both' (minimum 3-days working in the office)
+ Experience working with Contentsack or similar CMS is an advantage as is previous experience in translation or proofreading.

The Digital Content and Audience Manager will collaborate with the Audience Commercial Director to develop strategies that attract readers to our websites, marketing channels and digital products, driving digital revenue for the wider business. Key Responsibilities

- Continuously seek to understand and gain deeper insights into target audiences, their information needs, and pain points to tailor content and strategies effectively.
- Design, plan, and execute audience-facing campaigns to attract new and engage existing audiences through news, thought leadership, and marketing content, including brand partnerships and content personalization.
- Leverage our extensive database and CRM for continuous audience acquisition, conversion, and retention efforts.
- Lead collaborative projects with editorial and product teams to enhance audience and user experience across platforms.
- Collaborate with events and other partners to acquire, convert, and engage audiences, ensuring a seamless and impactful audience experience.
- Monitor success metrics such as growth in brand authority, website traffic, email customer database, premium audience segment, and audience engagement and retention on social media and email marketing.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours
- Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management, preferably within a digital media publisher environment, ideally B2B.
- Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem, audience acquisition, and conversion funnels.
- Good data and analytical skills, with a track record of using data for day-to-day marketing and advertising decisions, including Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Meta Ad platforms, and SEM Rush.
- Proven experience using email marketing and social media to drive audience growth.
- Strong copywriting skills and experience writing and creating digital content for social and email marketing.
- Solid understanding of database and CRM management (Dynamics 365, Salesforce); any SAAS experience is a plus.
- While prior experience in the gaming industry is not mandatory, a genuine interest and curiosity about this industry is essential.
