We are seeking an experienced, solutions-oriented CX Content Specialist to join our Customer Experience team in London, supporting content-related needs including SEO content for our Help Centre and an internal knowledge base. Your work will directly impact user engagement and support our mission to deliver exceptional support.
Responsibilities User Help Centre Content- Create and maintain SEO-optimized articles for FAQs, guides, troubleshooting, and feature documentation.
- Conduct keyword research to improve discoverability.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams for content accuracy and consistency.
- Use analytics tools to monitor performance and update content accordingly.
- Incorporate user feedback to enhance content relevance.
- Develop and maintain structured documentation for workflows, product details, troubleshooting, and training.
- Ensure content is accessible, updated, and aligned with team needs.
- Work with Product teams on new features and translate technical info into user-friendly content.

- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.

**Your New Role.**

**Your Role Accountabilities.**
+ Help develop frameworks and analyses for assessing key strategic questions facing the business, including such areas as:
+ Evaluating how much and what type of content to invest in

+ Assessing title and portfolio level performance
+ Help develop and implement benchmarking systems and processes to support analyses and recommendations

**Qualifications & Experience.**
+ 1-3 years of work experience, including 1-3 years in Consulting, Investment Banking, and/or Corporate Strategy -- particularly in the media and entertainment and / or direct-to-consumer space
+ Excellent analytical skills and financial modelling capabilities, with a deep attention to detail
+ Superior ability to synthesize the output from analyses, identify the "so-what," develop early hypotheses, and propose the next line of inquiry
+ Experience in building executive-level materials, with a keen eye for presentation design, and the ability to distil complex concepts and analyses into clear, easy-to-understand presentations
+ Possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, focus on generating results, and exhibit the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics

About this role
We are looking for a Senior Producer, Global Content Development to join our Creative Networks team.
Reporting to the Chief Content Officer, Development, this role will be assigned specific territories, and the successful candidate will take responsibility for the implementation of the department’s development and creative strategy.
Global Content Development is focused on strengthening, consolidating, and boosting Banijay Unscripted pipeline.

**Your New Role**
Ensuring a holistic approach is taken to the EMEA Content Roll on HBO Max EMEA in collaboration with the other Directors and VP of Content Planning as well as the wider content organisation.

Play a pivotal role in both the strategic development and tactical rollout of the Max content offering across EMEA, from launch through to BAU operations. Collaborate closely with regional creative leads to **to** **opportunistically plan local EMEA original within the holistic OP/global series calendar** making informed editorial decisions based on performance data, market insights, and global direction.
Prepare and present content plans, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment, visibility, and buy-in across multiple stakeholders. What You'll Be Doing- Create and edit a wide range of content, from short-form videos for ads and social to high-impact static creatives for Meta, Google, and email.
- Direct and edit video footage from shoot days with our world-class trainers.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and agency partners to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Own the brand visuals for everything from email banners and internal comms to customer updates.

The Digital Content and Audience Manager will collaborate with the Audience Commercial Director to develop strategies that attract readers to our websites, marketing channels and digital products, driving digital revenue for the wider business. Key Responsibilities

- Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem, audience acquisition, and conversion funnels.
- Good data and analytical skills, with a track record of using data for day-to-day marketing and advertising decisions, including Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Meta Ad platforms, and SEM Rush.
- Proven experience using email marketing and social media to drive audience growth.
- Strong copywriting skills and experience writing and creating digital content for social and email marketing.
- Solid understanding of database and CRM management (Dynamics 365, Salesforce); any SAAS experience is a plus.
